I coach people of all ages and abilities. I proudly incorporate a combination of scientific research, experience, and personal goals into every program I create. No one’s schedule is ever the same.
Programs include a month-to-month, 8-week, or 12-week training program tailored to the individual needs of every runner. All programs include a nuanced training program, strength training workouts, stretch and foam rolling videos, unlimited access to me via email or Skype (as needed), and UberSense gait analysis (as needed).
Those in the New York City area can purchase training add-ons for in-person evaluations and training.

I am totally new to jogging again and starting from scratch. I haven’t run in years due to an intestinal disease and many surgeries and a result that is leaving me not running and with a little extra baggage (illeostomy) , But I am so ready to start again I just have to breathe better and need some coaching. I am on Long Island in, Port Jefferson Station so I am not close to you but maybe you can help me over the internet. The illeostomy can be googled so I don’t have to explain it to the entire blog but I can run with it and my goal has always been to run a marathon.
