YES! I coach runners all over the country, not just in NYC. If you are working toward a finish line, just starting to run, or need a change to see a change in your running, I’m your coach.
I coach people of all ages and abilities. I proudly incorporate a combination of scientific research, experience, and personal goals into every program I create. No one’s schedule is ever the same.
Programs include a month-to-month, 8-week, or 12-week training program tailored to the individual needs of every runner. All programs include a nuanced training program, strength training workouts, stretch and foam rolling videos, unlimited access to me via email or Skype (as needed), and UberSense gait analysis (as needed).
Those in the New York City area can purchase training add-ons for in-person evaluations and training.
